Trunking Team Leader

You will support Senior Management by leading a team in the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.

Other responsibilities include:

• Optimizing productivity and efficiency from the team
• Ensuring an exceptionally high level of performance is promoted and maintained
• Ensuring that all team members attend the company induction program and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that all team members are appropriately introduced and inducted into the department
• Giving appropriate support and relevant coaching and training to enable them to contribute to the overall team performance
• Setting clearly defined objectives
• Monitoring the output and prioritizing tasks in response to the demands of the business
• Organising daily breaks in order to ensure that there is optimum coverage at all times
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the Company Dress Code, attendance and timekeeping standards.

About You

You will hold a driver C.P.C. Certificate along with Class C+E Licence and have good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed and organisation of department. You will possess a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods value, as well as the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
