KEUH Restaurant – Boca Raton is an Asian Fusion Tapas restaurant seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sushi preparation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and roll sushi, sashimi, and other menu items according to KEUH standards

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with inventory, prep work, and kitchen support as needed

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
