We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote E-Commerce Assistant to help with simple online tasks such as placing small digital purchases, organizing order information, monitoring customer requests, and assisting with basic administrative duties.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently.
Assist with placing approved online orders for digital or small items
Track and organize order confirmations, receipts, and delivery information
Manage basic email communication
Update spreadsheets with transaction or order details
Help monitor customer or client requests
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling information
Perform simple online research and administrative tasks
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to follow clear instructions
Must be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information responsibly
Flexible
10–20 hours per week (or as agreed)
