We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our corporate finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing payroll operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees.
Verify and reconcile time, attendance, and compensation data.
Maintain precise payroll records and ensure tax compliance.
Prepare reports for Finance and HR departments.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
Support year-end activities, including W-2 and 1099 preparation.
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or Workday).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
