Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Kids Fitness and Athletics Manager to lead our youth fitness and sports programs and inspire young participants to achieve their health, wellness, and athletic goals. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging fitness activities tailored for toddlers, children, and teens. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and confidence. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, possesses excellent management skills, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative fitness programs designed specifically for children and adolescents, ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fitness instructors and staff to deliver high-quality youth fitness experiences.

Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for team members to maintain a motivated workforce.

Engage with parents, guardians, and community partners to promote program participation and address any concerns or feedback.

Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure proper inventory control of equipment and supplies.

Work on community out reach for enrichment programs at schools, camps, and facilities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies at all times.

Promote a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages kids to develop healthy habits while fostering teamwork and confidence.

Requirements

Proven management experience in fitness or youth programs with a strong background in supervising teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with children, teens, parents, and staff.

Demonstrated knowledge of youth fitness programming, safety protocols, and child development principles.

Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping or payroll processing.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse communities.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is advantageous for engaging with program participants and their families.
