Available Positions

• General Manager

• Assistant Manager

• Shift Leader

• Crew / Team Member (Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Kitchen, Chill Area)

Management Responsibilities

• Motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service

• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing shifts

• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met

• Handle scheduling, training, and performance management

• Manage cash handling, inventory, and operational procedures

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Management Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be dependable and team-oriented

Team Member Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly, positive attitude

• Take orders accurately and prepare food and treats to Dairy Queen standards

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and restrooms

• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Follow food safety and company procedures

Team Member Qualifications

• No experience required – we provide training

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

• Must be reliable and willing to learn
