KEUH Restaurant – Weston is an Asian Fusion Tapas restaurant known for delivering a unique dining experience that blends bold Asian flavors, creativity, and warm hospitality. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Location: Weston, FL

Schedule: Flexible shifts (lunch and dinner) – evenings and weekends required

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to KEUH recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (FIFO, proper storage, temperature control)
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with chefs and servers
• Assist with closing duties, cleaning, and kitchen organization

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
