Training: Paid 2-week hands-on training in Richmond, VA — $800 per week, travel and lodging fully covered

Home Performance Inc. is hiring Insulation Installers to help homeowners save energy and improve comfort. No experience required — we provide full paid training!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Install attic insulation & energy-saving upgrades
✅ Maintain high-quality workmanship
✅ Travel to job sites across Ohio (overnight stays may be required)
✅ Drive a box truck

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check & drug test

• Willingness to travel and attend 2-week training in Richmond, VA

• Motivation to learn and grow
