Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Preschool Program, where you will play a vital role in supporting young children with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will design and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in early childhood development, creating a positive impact on children’s lives and their families. Duties

• Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify triggers and appropriate interventions
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on ABA techniques, data collection methods, and ethical practices

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Proven experience working with children who have developmental disabilities in educational or clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
• Ability to perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively
• Excellent communication skills for working with children, families, educators.
