Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

The Appliance Repair Technician plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance and repair of home appliances. This position requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and effectively communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full time-$20-$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate repair needs and solutions clearly to customers.

• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.

• Collect payment for completed work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role.

• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; minimum age 18.

• EPA certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple repair jobs efficiently.
