Companies pay a staffing firm to locate personnel on their behalf. Job searchers may apply for particular jobs via the staffing agency or just call the staffing agency to inquire about available positions. The organization conducts interviews and puts job seekers in relevant jobs. The agency will then typically pay the chosen individual to work for the client firm.
If the employer chooses to hire the job seeker on a permanent basis, the staffing agency will no longer be paid. Instead, the employee will be compensated by the corporation.
