1.ZipRecruiter
ZipRecruiter is an online job board that employs artificial intelligence (AI) technology to connect you with qualified prospects. It links all sorts of companies with over 30 million job seekers through the web, mobile app, and email services by sending job posts to the top 100+ job sites with a single click.
Unlike Indeed, which needs you to sponsor each new posting independently, it works well with recurrent posts (such as server or worker). It also features an invite-to-apply tool to help you find the best candidates faster. You may sample ZipRecruiter for free for four days and then decide which package is ideal for your organization.
Standard ($16 per job post daily): One reusable job slot and an unlimited number of applicant applications. You may post job advertisements, evaluate applicants, and examine received applications online.
Premium ($24 per job post daily): Everything in the Standard plan plus job ad distribution and 25 resume views from its resume bank each month.
It also provides a free Highlight Enhancement ($60 value) to help your job ad stand out from the crowd.

2. Yes (+Glassdoor)
Indeed is one of the most popular job posting sites due to its free limitless job posting, pay-per-click (PPC) possibilities, and large user base of both job seekers and employers. Employers may accept hundreds of applications and manage prospective applicants using their Indeed accounts with the free option.
Meanwhile, it provides a structured PPC option where businesses and recruiters may establish a daily budget starting at $5. Sponsored job posts may be seen on any device and in Job Alert emails. Additionally, companies may acquire access to Instant Match via sponsored postings and construct a recruiting campaign with a unique budget.

3.Glassdoor
Glassdoor, which is now part of Indeed, is a free job board with pay tools that is ideal for attracting manager-level talent. It enables you to improve your company's branding and obtain reviews and ratings from both its platform and Indeed.
Indeed and Glassdoor partnered in 2020 to give companies with a larger audience of job searchers to help them locate quality candidates and communicate their business stories. One of the benefits of the collaboration is simplified job advertisements (jobs posted on Indeed will also appear on Glassdoor).
Check out our Glassdoor vs. Indeed comparison to see whether either site is right for your company. We advise firms to utilize them in tandem.

4.MightyRecruiter
MightyRecruiter is a free applicant tracking system (ATS) that lets you submit an infinite number of job postings. You may utilize over 200 customisable job description templates in your ad and have it picked up by 29+ job board sites in a single click, including Indeed and ZipRecruiter. It, like Indeed and Glassdoor, has a free plan. It is, however, the only one of our general job posting sites that does not have a mobile app.
MightyRecruiter provides candidate and referral management, applicant messaging, history monitoring, and candidate rating to assist you in hiring the appropriate people. It also features a resume database that may be used to find passive job searchers who have posted their resumes but are not actively looking for new opportunities. It also offers premium services with extra capabilities, but you must contact MightyRecruiter directly to enquire about service-level charges.
