In light of this, national governments and international organizations that work across borders are concentrating their attention on the pressing need to boost educational attainment levels in their respective states and nations. It is impossible to achieve economic progress and stability without first accomplishing UN Sustainable Development Goal 4, which is to provide all people with access to education of a suitable standard by the year 2030.

In the end, the level of education that is provided is directly proportional to the degree to which a teacher is equipped to be successful in her classroom. The current quo in every region of the globe is that teachers are often held responsible for results even if they do not always get the support and coaching they need in order to improve and expand their teaching practice. This is a problem.

I think it's important to make an investment in teachers by providing them with the training, attitudes, and resources they need to be successful in the classrooms in which they teach.
