the entitlement to compensation for work-related injuries
the entitlement to a reasonable and equitable working environment
the right to circumstances and wages that are equitable.
You also have certain duties and responsibilities in terms of health and safety, including the following:
taking care of oneself to a suitable degree
refraining from doing anything at work that might put the wellbeing and protection of others at risk.
obeying any and all health and safety directives that might reasonably be expected from your employer

You may report any issues you have about the health and safety of the workplace to the organization that you work through, whether it be a group training organization or a labor hire agency.
