It's possible that businesses are increasing their expenditure on marketing analytics as a whole, which in turn might be driving up demand for marketing analysts. According to the most recent CMO Survey, which was conducted in February 2022, "investments in data analytics grew by nearly 40 percent over the last year to become the most common investment by marketers," writes Christine Moorman, survey director and editor-in-chief of the Journal of Marketing. This finding was based on the findings of the CMO Survey that was conducted in February 2022.

She makes the connection between this increased investment in analytics and the "digital [marketing] potential afforded by the epidemic." To put it another way, since organizations are engaging in a greater amount of digital marketing, they also have a greater quantity of marketing data that is ready to be analyzed and optimized.

As staffing shortages and burnout continue to be challenges for the healthcare business, healthcare personnel such as phlebotomists (technicians who take blood) and patient care assistants are also in more demand at the beginning of 2022.

Because of staffing shortages, warehouses and distribution centers have also been negatively impacted. This may explain why the demand for warehouse experts has increased by a factor of two in the last three months. It is possible that this specific labor market in the United States is expecting more from employers, as shown by the fact that employees at an Amazon warehouse recently chose to unionize for the first time.

As couples all over the globe get ready for the largest wedding season in decades — with pent-up demand following two years of postponed weddings, the demand for cake decorators has also increased. On a lighter note:

The majority of occupations that are in demand are stable overall.

The majority of the positions mentioned here, including those in sales and software engineering, were in great demand even before COVID was introduced. Nursing employment, on the other hand, did not begin to appear at the top of these lists until after the epidemic had already begun.
