Responsibilities of the Director of Public Relations include the following:

Qualifications Required of a Public Relations Director:

A degree in business, communications, journalism, or another subject related to the job.

Previous experience leading and managing a public relations team as a supervisor.

You have compiled a portfolio of successful campaigns that you have directed.

Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing strategies, and the culture of the internet.

Powerful abilities in both team management and team leadership.

Imaginative thinking combined with a natural talent for creativity and the ability to solve problems

Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills are required.

Developed links with various media outlets and accounts with significant influence.
