To be a successful handyman, you will need to have a wide range of skills, put in a lot of effort, and be able to solve problems effectively. The chosen applicants will have a variety of abilities, including deft hands, physical endurance, and a solid understanding of the relevant technical information.


Responsibilities:

Carry out fundamental responsibilities, such as painting and filling cracks, as well as overseeing maintenance repairs and cleaning the facilities.

Carry out maintenance or repairs on the machinery, equipment, or appliances owned by the firm.

Determine if extensive maintenance and repair work is required, and report your findings.

It is important to do routine inspections of communal areas in order to discover problems such as trash, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.

Requirements:

A diploma from an accredited high school or an equivalent certificate is necessary.

A minimum of two years' worth of experience working in a capacity that is comparable is required.

Capability to operate with many types of power tools and hardware tools.

Exceptionally well organized and has strong communication abilities.
