Responsibilities

Attend to visitors upon their arrival and assist them in settling in to their accommodations.

Learn about your visitors' likes and dislikes, as well as any allergies they may have, so you can anticipate their requirements.

Maintain a complete and in-depth familiarity with all of the stocked specialized meals and alcoholic beverages.

Evaluate the status of the wine and spirit collections, and refill as required.

Guests should be served food, and beverages should be poured.

Maintain open communication with housekeeping to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned at a time that is most agreeable to them.

When it's required, do errands for the visitors.

Make sure that the rooms of the visitors are clean and neat whenever it is required.

Provide recommendations and coordinate the arrangement of guest facilities.

As visitors are checking out, say goodbye to them.

Always have a good appearance in front of others.

Maintain a current awareness of all hotel rules regarding safety and cleanliness.

Requirements and skills

Experience working in the hotel business, preferably as a Butler or in a capacity that is very comparable.
